Package #1 - Light the Spark

Set the foundation, clarify your priorities, identify your strengths to apply moving forward, and start heading in that direction.

This 3-month package includes:

  • One 60-90 minute Wellness Planning session by phone or Zoom, your choice, where we create your Wellness Vision, a set of 3 month wellness goals, and your goals for our next call.
  • 3 months of Health and Wellness Coaching phone or Zoom calls (3 sessions per month at 45 minutes each), to chip away, step by step, at implementing your Wellness Vision and 3 month goals.
  • Unlimited email support.
Package #2 - Shine and Stride

This is the “Light the Spark” package plus 3 additional months of coaching. Perfect for longer term wellness goals.

This 6-month package includes:

  • One 60-90 minute Wellness Planning session by phone or Zoom, your choice, where we create your Wellness Vision, a set of 3 month wellness goals, and your goals for our next call.
  • 6 months of Health and Wellness Coaching phone or Zoom calls (3 sessions per month at 45 minutes each), to chip away, step by step, at implementing your Wellness Vision.
  • Revising a new set of 3 month goals at the 3 month mark.
  • Unlimited email support.
Customize Your Coaching

If a 3 or 6 month package doesn’t work for you, together we’ll create a customized option to uniquely approach your specific needs.

Have some like-minded colleagues or friends who want to power up their energy? We can also customize group coaching programs for six or more women.
