4 Session Group Mindfulness Program: July 9th – 30th online via Zoom Meeting
Here’s how it works:
21 days to experiment with mindfulness daily!
- Week 1 (July 10th – 16th): set the foundation with definitions and “moment play”
- Week 2 (July 17th – 23rd): put selected principles into daily practice
- Week 3 (July 24th – 30th): deepen your awareness and consciousness
Monday evening sessions on July 9th, 16th, and 23rd, facilitated by Chris Vasiliadis, introduce the upcoming week’s 7 tips, as well as addressing questions, coaching through challenges and acknowledging successes in putting previous and upcoming presence tips into practice.
- Group Session 1 on July 8th: Introductions, Definitions, Present Week 1 Material, Q&A
- Group Session 2 on July 16th: Present Week 2 Material, Q&A, Coaching as Needed on Week 1 Content
- Group Session 3 on July 23rd: Present Week 3 Material, Q&A, Coaching as Needed on Week 2 Content
- Group Session 4 on July 30th: Coaching as Needed on Week 3 Content, wrap up the program with a final opportunity for Q&A, celebrations and choosing the principles you will carry forth in owning your presence.
- 4 online weekly group sessions, via Zoom Meeting, for up to 90 minutes every Monday, July 9th – 30th, from 6:30 – 8 pm Eastern Time. Each session will include opportunities for Q&A, sharing successes and being coached on challenges.
- 3 total lessons, one lesson each presented on June 4th, 11th, and 18th, addressing 7 presence/mindfulness principles. You will receive each lesson’s tips weekly via pdf, as well as verbally on the first three group sessions.
- private Facebook group for all attendees to build camaraderie between sessions
- Option 1: $189.00, which includes all the course content, Facebook group access and 4 group sessions.
- Option 2: For additional individual support, a fee of $349.00 will get you Option 1 PLUS two 30 minute one-on-one phone coaching sessions in July.
