Elevate your presence and engagement! Gain increased levels mindfulness, focus, and intention toward attaining your health goals!
Here’s how it works:
- Starting day 1, you’ll receive one presence tip a day* for 30 days by email and also in a private Facebook group. *On days 7, 14, and 21, instead of receiving a tip, those days are intended for catching your breath, and to reflect/ponder on the previous week’s tips and principles you want to carry forward.
- in the private Facebook group, you’ll be encouraged to share challenges and successes along the way, and use the group as an opportunity to build camaraderie with other folks moving through these tips at the same time.
- in addition to the tips and group discussion, I’ll conduct 3 Facebook Live Q&A video broadcasts during the program, where you’ll have the additional opportunity to interact and ask questions.
